Hey guys, I hope you’ve had all a wonderful holiday season! The New Year is right around the corner and you know what it means: new goals, new beginning … NEW CHALLENGE! Let’s start the year off right with a no alcohol challenge!
I have read a lot of comments on the Internet and social media websites recently and I feel like people (myself included) have been a bit overboard with food and drinks during the holiday season.
For sure after all these festivities you will end up feeling tired and unmotivated. Doesn’t mean you have to stay in that state of mind. Let’s get back to feeling healthy and energetic … one day at the time.
