In 2014, I started transitioning to a vegan diet. I soon observed the benefits of a plant-based diet : more energy, less cravings, leaner physique and better mood 🙂
My discoveries pushed me to learn more about the vegan lifestyle. I began to read books and watched videos on the subject. I searched for blogs, recipes and more content on Internet. This became a passion.
My goal is to share all the info I found to help you feel more healthy and happy by adopting a plant-based diet. I will give you my tips, recipes and action plan to guide you step-by-step through the process of adopting new healthy habits.
